Aden turns 3 today! ( 9 Jan 2009) My first baking project for 2009 is a Little Einstein Pat Pat Rocket for Aden. The first practice made all very worried including my shifu, even I thought I cannot make it.
With lots of encouragement, help from shifu , Pink who made the fabulous red fondant for me and my great neighbour - Hwee who helped me with the dome shaped cakes, I present my lovely Pat pat rocket cake.
How much time have I spent ? 3 hours on decorating the fondant cake, 1.5 hours on decorating the cupcakes. Loss of beauty sleep is worthwhile to see the excitement and big smile of my son.
